 OCD

Are you experiencing OCD and Anxiety and just feeling stuck. Are you feeling tired and exhausted of doubt controlling your life? Feeling as if you're trapped in the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions that when you finally have some relief, OCD is right back at it again. Have you ever wished you had a remote control or tools where you could just turn down the noise. You don't have to face OCD alone, remember OCD wants you for itself, and it's time to start breaking OCD rules.

First, is understanding how OCD works and how it tries to keep a grip in your life. Then, learning tools and strategies to get unhooked from the OCD which demands for certainty and comfort. You will feel empowered to reclaim your life and learn how to live joyfully. Working together, you will learn what tools work best with which parts of OCD are showing up.

From our first session, we focus on developing skills that build confidence, encourage adaptive thinking, and promote positive change. Therapy isn’t about “getting rid of”. It’s learning to understand and manage situations and experiences that empowers you to have a meaningful life.
